Paul Efombe Lisombe Mbole Ngale was on Friday March 04th 2022 in an extraordinary council session, elected the new City mayor for Limbe city council, Town of Friendship. He scored a total of 57 votes out of 73 total votes cast in the election to emerge winner. He was contested by three other candidates and of all the four of them, he emerged winner to replace Andrew Motanga Monjimba who passed away on January 05th, 2022.
WHO IS PAUL EFOME LISOMBE MBOLE NGALE? HE is a Final Year Masters student in Political Science University of BUEA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the same university.
He is a graduate with a Diploma in Human Resource Management Pan-African Institute For Development , West Africa, PAID-WA BUEA.
Prior to his election as City mayor, he was an Honorable Councillor Limbe ll Council and also City Councillor-Limbe City Council.

He has occupied the position of Treasurer CPDM Fako 1B,
Secretary General National Bureau of Cameroon National Youth Council,
Divisional President CNYC-FAKO,
President Fako Electronic Technicians Union and counting.
He will be charged with completing the task of the Former City mayor who was pioneer city mayor for Limbe. Andrew Motanga Monjimba before becoming City mayor for Limbe had served at the Limbe city council as government delegate From 2009 to 2020 and was the lone government delegate who successfully moved from appointment to be elected city mayor while his other counterparts lost it to new breeds. Mr Paul Efombe Lisombe Mbole Ngale is expected to continue the great works of Motanga Monjimba as he is now the new and second City mayor in the history of Limbe, Town of Friendship.
Limbe has for sometime, under the leadership of Mr Motanga Monjimba been know for bringing together several national cultures through Limber Festival of Arts and Culture or LIMBE- FESTAC, it is hope Mr Paul Efombe Lisombe will continue in this light.
